Note: 

Postpaid and Hybrid service customers can use the on-demand data bundles within the month of activation only. The internet speed becomes 128Kbps after the data included in the bundle ends.

To activate your data package, text the volume of your selected data package to 592. For example, if you wish to get a 30-day unlimited usage data package, simply text 30 to 592.

Note: 

Please note that additional and night data packages for postpaid and Hybrid data package users last until the end of that given month only. For example, if you get an additional or night data package on your postpaid or Hybrid package, the validity days will be valid until the end of that specific month.

Send a gift data package

You can send a gift data package to any prepaid and postpaid subscribers of MobiCom.

Please follow the instructions below:

• 2-day, 5-day, 7-day, 15-day and 30-day and night data packages are to be activated within 30 days of delivery.
• Please note that if not activated within the above-mentioned timeline, the data packages will be automatically invalidated.
• If you receive a gift data package on your currently active data package, the general terms and conditions.
• Subscribers have receive as many gift data packages as they wish.
• You can send gift data packages up to 3 times per day.
• Postpaid service subscribers can send gift data packages worth up to 30'000₮ within a month.
