Even though your MobiNet service stops, you can buy 24 hours internet service by using MobiNet Easy.
Inactive customers of Mobinet service can buy MobiNet Easy service by sending a message to 591 from MobiCom number and activating it on customer page.
Step 1: Purchasing service
From your MobiCom number send a message with “Username /space/ E” to 591. /Username – customer internet using ID, E – Mobinet Easy 24 hours service/. To approve service and bank transaction, send a message “YES” to 591. After receiving approval message, go to customer page to activate.
Step 2: Logging into customer page
Type your Username and password to enter in the customer page.
Step 3: Activating the service
Go to ‘Booster service’ menu and press ACTIVATE. Once it activates, time starts deducting and there is no chance to stop or restart.
Please note that:
- Service is available only for MobiNet inactive customers
- You need MobiNet internet connection
- You need to know your Username. /You can find it from contract or call to 2222/
- Cannot be used with Booster service.
- After paying your main service bill, internet speed will become normal only after MobiNet Easy service finishes. For more information, send a message with “EHELP” to 591.
A customer with UNLIMITED speed package cannot use MobiNet Easy service.
