Bill Payment Options

Phone bill: Your monthly phone bill is calculated during the period 5th of the subsequent month and informed to you by SMS sent from the number "TULBUR". The bill is the final amount inclusive of the basic monthly fee of the given package, bill of calls, other fees, discounts or promotions as well as VAT. Also, the SMS will inform you the balance of unused units of the previous month.

Make your payment one of the following options:

  • Through the Online Shop
  • Through the MobiCom Application

    It is possible to pay the phone bill of yourself or others through your mobile phone by using the MobiCom Application

  • Through MonPay

    You can use MonPay application to pay remaining bill.

  • Through the contracted distributors
    • It is possible to pay the bill through the nearest MobiCom distributor to you. Ask the location details of the nearest Mobicom distributor by calling to the number 2244.
  • Through Most Money
    • It is possible to pay the phone bill of yourself or others through your mobile phone by using the Most Money Service. If you have not yet registered as a subscriber of that service, you can get registered by visiting the branches of TDB, Capitron and State Bank personally with your mobile phone and ID.
  • Through Mobile bank
    • You can transfer the payment of your phone bill through your mobile phone by using the Mobile Bank Services of Khaan, Golomt, Khas and State Bank.

  • Through ATM
    • If you have the KHAAN or TDB bank cards, you may pay your phone bill by using the ATM machines of those banks.
  • Through E-billing
    • Also, you can have your phone bill paid automatically every month by using the e-billing service of TDB bank. For more information, please, call us at the phone number 19001977
  • Visiting Mobicom service centers
    • You pay your phone bills by getting detailed information by approaching to our 8 branches and 15 contracted branches located in Ulaanbaatar and 35 branches in Rural areas.
